ALL ROOMS CLEANED—LAUNDRY ROOM EXCLUDED. Accessible counters cleaned. Tubs, tile, toilets, sinks & backsplash cleaned. Beds made (leave clean linens on bed). Microwave in/out; other appliances exterior. Dishwasher loaded (must be empty; handwashing extra). Fixtures & mirrors cleaned. Accessible floors swept/vacuumed/mopped. Trash emptied.

D’s Deep Cleaning

Down & Dirty (Occupied Homes)

INCLUDES EVERYTHING IN BASIC CLEANING PLUS: Focus on buildup such as soap scum, dust, dirt, grease & debris. Dusting of light fixtures, door frames, baseboards, sills & ledges. High-touch areas wiped, cabinet exteriors & backsplash cleaned. Fridge/oven interiors extra. Recommended for first-time clients.

Move-In/Move-Out

Make Ready (Vacant Homes)

MOVE-IN/MOVE-OUT CLEANING: Running water & electricity required. Home must be empty of furniture & people. Includes Basic + Deep Cleaning, plus inside fridge/oven, cabinets, drawers, wet-wiped baseboards, interior windows & wall spot-cleaning. Pet & pick-up fees still apply.

Air Bnb/Corporate/Temporary Housing

Staging, Concierge, Laundry & Cleanings

Includes Basic & Deep Cleaning with staging/concierge support for check-ins, check-outs, move-ins & move-outs.
